Positive Workplace Change – Focus Group Facilitation

Positive Workplace Change Focus Group Facilitation.

Design and deployment of Positive Workplace Change Focus Group consultation across the Northern Cluster at FaCS. The Focus Group consultation design was built around the Appreciative Inquiry positive change model and optimal performance research by Mihaly Csikszentmiahalyi.

Focus Group consultations were held from Taree to Tweed Heads in both NSW Housing and Family and Children’s Services work locations.

Preparation of comprehensive findings report, including recommended change management priorities for improved workplace engagement and positive workplace cultural change.
